Nicholas serves as a Managing Counsel and is a licensed to practice law in Nigeria. He earned his law degree from Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma and holds a Master of Laws degree in Corporate, Commercial & Trade Law from the University of Illinois in the United States.
Nicholas possesses a wide-ranging expertise, particularly in the field of resolving commercial disputes spanning various sectors. His extensive background encompasses both domestic and international arbitration, mediation, and litigation proceedings. He specializes in complex and high-value commercial litigation, international and domestic commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, commercial mediation, and public international law. His experience covers disputes across diverse industries, including construction, energy and natural resources, financial services, technology and telecommunications, professional services, and general commercial law matters.
In addition to his proficiency in dispute resolution, Nicholas provides strategic counsel to clients on Nigerian laws and policies related to business operations, establishing foreign investments in Nigeria, and structuring company and business entities.
Nicholas is also a respected member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
